Best Experience possible! Brought my new Cannondale Synapse there to have the crappy factory cranks removed which involves installing a new bottom bracket so my new Ultegra cranks could be installed. They were super nice and helpful and finished the job in a day. It's perfect and the price was SUPER reasonable! Super impressed! Thanks Guys!
Always quick quality service
Was able to set up a contact-less appointment during the lockdown. The staff at Guy's were helpful in setting up the appointment, quick to meet me at the back door, and astoundingly fast - and good - with their services. Good people doing good work in a great way. Given their size and numbers they are dealing with, its great to feel like it's my little LBS (local bike shop).

Absolutely great service! I was intent on getting a Cannondale Topstone, and really liked last year's model, but my LBS couldn't order it, so I scoured the interwebs and ran across Guy's Bicycles. They had my size in stock, and on clearance! Since it was last year's model, they were able to ship it, from PA to TN. It was shipped the same day I ordered, and was at my door within 48 hours. Such a great experience! Love my new ride!! Thanks to Suzanne and everyone at Guy's! — in Nashville, Tennessee.
5 stars for sure!!! Kindest and most knowledgeable staff that just wants to get you in the right bike. I felt so well cared for while shopping for a bike as it can be a confusing experience for a customer with limited knowledge. HUGE INVENTORY!
