This doctor was my family doctor for several years, and was completely useless in most situations. When I told this "doctor" that I was worried I had my mother's thyroid condition, she told me to use VASEILNE on my dry skin and just ignore my symptoms. The final straw was when this "doctor" fatshamed my teenager and proudly told him that he was "drug seeking" when he asked her about ADHD medication. She looked down on my son because he asked her for help. We are no longer with her practice.
Thursday morning June. 02, 2022 at 8:41am my daughter and I walked into Luna Khadours office the waiting area was empty. My daughter appointment was at 8:45am. 4 minutes early we were told have a seat someone would call us shortly. 9:12am still waiting, I asked the receptionist how much longer would the wait be? Horrible place. Rude receptionist, doctor who doesn't listen, doesn't care, and can't wait to get rid of you. If you have a choice, DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! If I could have given zero stars, I would have.
I have been seeing Dr. Interian for 22 years now. He is an excellent doctor and a very talented surgeon. I trust him 100% with my heart. His staff is kind and professional.
Extremely dissatisfied with the service and care at this clinic. It has now been close to 6 months of trying to get answers for health issues I am having. I arrive for my very important follow up appointment, which has already been rescheduled due to the Dr. not being available for my original appt and I arrive to find out it was never correctly rescheduled (this is also not the first time the office has scheduled an appointment incorrectly). hi my name is Raymond Revalee to who it may concern I have had nothing but real excellent service with DR.TSAI and his staff from the pinnacle medical group sense I have been going there for help with my back and knee problems they have been kind and very helpful in making appointments and giving me the best care makes me feel good knowing there are some doctors that still care about there patience .
Dr. Husted is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. He takes the necessary time with his patients and always has the right encouraging words for them. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help when you call the office.
Dr. David Tsai is an extremely knowledgeable and caring physician. He takes the time to listen and understand your problem. He is most interested in getting you back to a good quality of life. I highly recommend Dr. Tsai.
