If I could give a zero I would. My story is this. My wife was diagnosed with Covid this morning. She called for her doctor to please prescribe meds for her. That was about 10am. At 2pm she called again. They said the doctor had not sent anything in. At 4:30 I called. The nurse confirmed that no prescription was turned in and it could take three days before a prescription could get called. This is unacceptable. My suffering with Covid and we get this response. I’ll call management in the am.
Dr. Hala Bunni is very attentive and explained everything to me with great detail. She explained my options and surgery went well. From my first visit I felt comfortable and confident with her. Dr. Coleman did ankle surgery about 4 months ago. He is a terrific surgeon! Thanks to him I am walking and in the future, maybe jogging. The reconstruction was intense, but I came through with flying colors. Thank you Dr. Brian Coleman.
He is a great doctor. He does something that very few doctors do and that is he listens to his patience. It takes the time to hear you out and try to get to the root of the problem. I've been with him 6 years and I am so grateful I found him after I moved here.
I have been a patient of Dr. Scott Towbin for over ten years. I am constantly amazed at the friendly, yet professional care I receive by the Dr, Stephanie, and Mark. I am of the belief the team go out of their way to make my life (and health) so much easier (and healthier).
If you run a business, you should not make your customer/patient wait to schedule an appointment. I waited on line (on ignore) for over 5 minutes all the while hearing repeated recordings saying how important my call is to them . What a joke. They either have so many patients that they don't care for more or the manager of the business is clueless. very rude pratice i just called to speak with the person who does insurance waited no answer i called back and who ever answerd the phone was very rude and not polite at all
