I called just to get info on Dr. Guy Robins. The receptionist was rude, she just kept over talking me and saying we are not taking new patients. However, the internet shows that he works with patients with Alzheimer's and my mother n law was in crisis. She would not stop talking to see what my needs were. She never offered me any options. She clearly needs to be trained on her listening skills. She was just interested in getting me off the phone. So sorry
Family has been a patient of Dr Robins for 15+ years. Integrity, respect, compassion are just a few words to describe him. His office practice and location have changed from time to time over the years but Dr. Robins' values and care have remained the same. Proud and pleased to call Dr Robins our physician.
