We hired Gutter Guards Direct to install new gutters and gutter guards on our home this summer. Jonathan came to our home for the consultation, and he gave me a lot of great info about moving a downspout. No other contractor had ever communicated to me that this downspout was not placed well. He was extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. I had a lot of follow up questions as I was deciding which gutter guard to use, and they were very patient with me. I am happy with the customer service and the quality of the work.

We used Gutter Guards Direct to install gutter guards on our oversized gutters on our log home (metal roof) last year. We were very pleased with the product we selected from a number of different types of guards offered by the firm. The pros and cons of each type were thoroughly explained. Would like to thank Johnathan and his crew for a very smooth transaction! Met with Johnathan, he explained his product, answered questions, gave a great estimate that was kind to our monthly budget .... and we scheduled the install and it was complete within 2 weeks ... very professional crew, cleaned up after the work was completed ... couldn’t be more pleased!!!
