Dr is very busy and never been able to see her, but only nurse pediatrician. Not organized, they are not good in keeping track of the order they gave to the patients. Very rude receptionist they hanged up on me because I asked her how come they don't keep track they order they gave me. Find yourself better place to go to.
I was skeptical when I had to go on the National Healthcare Plan and had to find a doctor that would accept my coverage. Dr. Gutsmann and her P.A. spent more time with me than any Dr. has ever spent before. She listened carefully to my complaints and offered suggestions on how to "manage" my menopause side effects. I highly recommend her as a doctor.

Dr. Gutsmann is a life saver! I'm 71 years old and she is by far the best doctor I have ever had any experience with.
Dr Gutsmann does not listen, she wastes your time by not communicating well with the rest of her staff, thus the same questions are asked from multiple people. Her entire staff is forgetful, unprofess and cannot listen to concise, clear directions/requirements. I had to call them over 10 times in one week to get the results of a regular physical exam. It took over 3 hours to just get ONE physical exam done, and even then, they forgot to do one test, so I had to come back again the next day.
Best Thyroid Doctor in Dallas. I have seen them all, despite the sometimes sluggish wait, once you get in, its worth the wait.
I have seen Dr. Gutsmann for years and believe that she is a very knowledgable physician; however, now I feel like I am just another patient. Previously it felt that she really did care about what my symptoms were, how I was feeling, and listened to my concerns, but now it seems like I get the same old responses and medication treatments. the wait to be seen is ridiculous (on a good day I only wait 75 minutes) and the office staff is extremely rude and unorganized.
