This is a badly run medical practice. For may last annual exam, I had to go 3 times. One for blood work, second to discuss blood work and third time for the physical. I have no major medical issues so not sure why this couldn't have all been done on one visit with an email giving me my lab results by mail. In the middle of covid, thought this was totally uncalled for. I might mention that Dr. Caring had also shut down their in house lab which was not mentioned at the time of the appointment. Excellent doctor
the doctor herself is wonderful and very caring. Her office staff does not listen or follow through with referrals. They are not friendly at all and are very difficult to work with. Took me two months to get a referral from them for united health care. This has been a horrible experience.
Dr Gutsmann is wonderful! She spends time with patients but her office staff is not. I have waited weeks for a referral to a specialist. and still can’t get one from the office staff. It is very frustrating. There is a disconnect between the wonderful care Dr. Gutsmann gives and her office staff.
RecommendedDr. Gutsmann is the first doctor I have ever had in my entire life that listens and makes me feel better. Dr Gutsmann is an excellent physician that is very knowledgeable and Qualified in the medical field. I highly recommend Dr. Gutsmann as the physician for everyone. Dr. Gutsmann genuinely Cares about her Patients. Also all the staff are amazingly nice and caring. 😊
Met Dr Gutsmann and selected her based on proximity to Allen. She took good time to speak and understand my concerns, and was a pleasure to talk to about risks associated with COVID, and how patients were impacted. She was too the point, clear, and focused on my health outcome.
