Dr. Gutterman is fantastic. He is very kind and patient, as well as his staff. The office is nice and clean. We felt totally safe even during covid-19.
Dr Guterman takes his time, entertains the child so it’s hard to tell what is part of the exam and what is him just playing with light up toys to get the child to feel comfortable, answers all parents questions , doesn’t rush Dr Guterman did surgery on our child’s lazy eye , he was not quick to recommend the surgery, explored all other options first, was very responsive and available , surgery was a success
I most certainly would recommend Dr. Guterman to family and friends. We have been taking our children to Dr. Guterman for close to 20 years. He is kind, patient, skilled and thorough!

Dr. Guterman was amazing and thorough. My daughter went in to check to see if she had a problem with her lazy eye & it was our 1st time. She’s 17 & he only sees patients until 16 years of age, but he didn’t turn us away & did a full examination & completed all her school documents. He’s amazing!
This doctor has to be the worst doctor I have ever come across In my life, he is rude and beyond obnoxious. I’ve had only one encounter with this human being and it was more than I needed in my lifetime. I would never in my life recommend anyone send their child to see this man ever! To give him one star is an overrating.
We first met Dr. Guterman when my daughter was complaining of not seeing the board in school. We were happy with this visit. His manner with children is excellent: efficient and thorough, yet put her at ease. Our next visit was when my son's eye swelled up unexpectedly. We had an appointment the same day we called. Though the swelling had begun to go down, he was thorough, looking for any signs of serious infection. Though it was an allergy, he told us to call if anything changed.
With our first appointment he made us wait for 2 hrs specially with a one year old kid. Today we had a second appointment with him and we were just 5 minutes late and he leaves saying that he had an ememrgency. He is a liar Which eye doctor has an emergency at 5:30 in the evening that too when our appontment was already booked.. we paid $30 one way to reach the doctors office and being just 5 min late he did not see my kid..The office remains open till 6 and they closed at 5:30 and went off.
