Been to the Gus's FC in downtown Dallas TX where the chicken there was superb (chicken was fresh, piping hot, crunchy & seasoned uniquely) & had high hopes in trying out Birmingham's location. I have to say though, the fried chicken here did not match up to that standard. It was average, satisfying enough to not be a downer but not remarkably tasty.
