I have been to this place numerous times over the past 8 years + and always enjoyed going there BUT this past Saturday was the worst experience I've ever had. Our orders were wrong, they were incomplete and it took forever to get our food. The server was rude, she never offered refills and was actually upset when the manager had our one pizza remade and didn't charge us. This was the second time I've visited this restaurant. The first time was good and they were packed. The second, however, was a different story. The waitress acted like we interrupted her day. Then we waited almost a hour before getting on lukewarm food. We were told the kitchen was busy (only half the tables were filled). Others who came in after us got their food before us. Worse experience ever we sat waiting for 10 mins before someone got to us then when done eating ok food waited for another 20 mins to get ticket and a box for leftover pizza finally we went to let kids play and server finally brought us our ticket there and still never got a box for leftovers but was done waiting there are too many choices in this area to waste 30$ here will not be back
Long wait for barely warm food and worse service. Napkins never got to the table until we were done. Really? Will not be back.
Best pizza around. I drive 2 hours to eat it! Love Love!
