I went by Gusano's for lunch in between conference sessions at the Statehouse Convention Center. I was looking for a place to eat that was not super busy and could serve lunch somewhat quickly. I walked in and no one was at the hostess stand. So, I stand there for several minutes and a couple waitresses saw me waiting there, but said nothing. It was extremely busy the night we went an hour and half wait for a table we found a place at the bar to sit when we tried to order the bar tender was so rude saying other people were sitting there when no one was there when we come up there were 2 empty drinks we just got up and went to get our order to go the 30 mins we sat waiting for our order no one sat at the bar where we were sitting so their bar tender ran off paying customers for a ghost needless to say first and last experience at this place we will not be back and... read more
Went to dinner with a few friends sat for 45 waiting for our pizza... not that big of a deal... now when you bring out something that I didn't order is not acceptable. Asked for the manager and our waitress got completely rude and told us this is what we ordered.... will not be going back....
Good food, good atmosphere. Parking is hard to find. Be prepared to pay for parking and a long walk restaurant from where you can find parking. Otherwise the food, service and atmosphere was worth the inconvenience.
