They replaced my AC unit a year ago. We have called 7 times now in a year to have them fix it. AGAIN in 100+ temperatures we are without AC. I have asked a couple times for the manager to call me and they still have not. I am so frustrated that I am to the point of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

4 hours from initial phone call to repair technician's arrival. Jacob had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than 10 minutes. He was so polite and courteous no took the extra time to explain different things about my system so I could learn. Price was on point with other companies and didn't kill me with it being a Sunday! Fat antic job Jacob and Crew!
