Trying to get an appointment and after my video call today with the PA I find that this facility changed since Dr Singh was on Common Road, Clinton Twp. MI and appears not to be the same as me and my spouse known this doctor in years past. My comment: This doctor in my opinion is and has been the best doctor that Henry Ford Healthcare system has, however, the PA, and office staff at this new address has a lot to de desired in communications, professionalism, and behavior to patients. I do not like writing negative reviews, however, today this seems to be the norm.A few Years ago, our family did go to Dr. Singh at his old address on Common Road next to Henry Ford Hospital for a few years at that time was office staff were excellent and no PA’s present, but we moved up north and seeing Dr. Fogel another Henry Ford Doctor, but he retired and put us looking for another doctor. It took many years for me to convince my husband that he needs to have a colonoscopy. After having a colonoscopy and EGD myself, I could not be more pleased with the care I received by Dr Singh and his staff. They are all very professional and very informative and reassuring. I highly recommend him. Dr Singh met with my husband today and provided insight on the importance of getting colonoscopies. The doctor and his staff are great. They are easy to talk to and answer all of my many questions and explain everything in understandable terms. I gave 4 stars because I don't give anyone 5 stars.
Dr. Singh is a kind man and spends time with his patients. However, I have been calling his office numerous times to resolve a billing issue. They double charged me. I paid my bill at the time of my appt., yet I was sent a bill several months later. I paid it not realizing I had already paid the charge in February. I have never been called back. Unable to leave no star, very confused and un organized office staff never did get passed talking with nurse. need to improve their telehealth system
I have been trying to schedule an appointment for my mother who has rectal cancer for over a week. I was told by the Clinton Township office (rudely) that I needed to schedule the appointment through "My Chart". I do not have access to my mother's "My Chart" account, nor will the hospital allow that. I just want to schedule an appointment. Why does it need to be so difficult.
I had a colonoscopy @ HFMH and the staff was remarkable and Doctor Singh was superb.
He knows what he is doing, however, the woman at the front desk is incredibly rude on the phone. The doctor should probably either fire her or have her make some serious changes if he wants his office to thrive. Great doctor, terrible staff.
