This business is great! Nate was here all day. Out outside pipe was broke. It was cold and windy. He worked non stop.
I called this company to come out and pump a grease trap, they scooped some grease off the top with a cup; they left a mess still in the trap, around the trap, did not put the lid back on properly. I questioned it and the tech got upset and said dont worry about paying. He got back to his job and they (management) called me threatening to take me to court, saying I was confrontational with their technicians (not true). Oh my Goodness!!! I’ve had another company out 4 times and my issues were never fixed. These guys are here now, brought their machines and cameras in and were able to quickly locate my issue. I’m so thankful right now! I highly highly highly recommend!!!
I had hired gurney bush to do a simple job. I needed the main line outside our hone rodded out . We were noticing a small backup . The techs came out on Wednesday September 30th and spent ten minutes on the line . At that time, we were told the issue was resolved and the work is guaranteed for 30 days. We payed the company $250.00. The following day, we discovered the backup was not resolved and the leaking continued. RecommendedI had Gurney Bush come to my home to unclog my main line. They got my pipes unclogged, but were perplexed that my toilet still wouldn’t flush. The next day, they came out with a camera, and discovered, after 15 years of me paying for city sewer, I was on septic. They dug up the area where they believed the septic tank lid was, and were spot on. My hometown company I had come for the septic tank found the lid right where the tech said he thought it was.
