SADLY......I bought a new Dodge Ram 1500 last Fall after not having a new vehicle for 10 years,so a long time to be able to justify 40k for New one! At 3 k miles upon start up the valves rattled,checked the oil it was over a quart low on oil,I added oil then went and changed oil....The truck continues to burn a quart to 1.5 qts. between oil changes,even went to synthetic and it continues to burn oil which dealer says is "normal"????? MANAGEMENT - QUESTIONABLE ETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES My review does not reflect on my experience with the salesman. He was professional throughout my experience and extremely helpful and reassuring. 4 days after I purchased a brand new Jeep Compass, it wouldn't start and I had to get it towed to my nearest Jeep dealer where it stayed for 5 days. PRE-VISIT: 1st- They won't respond to an email, so you're wasting your time if that's your form of communication 2nd- Once you finally agree on a price, and they draw up your invoice, you’d better look it over closely, because they tried to slip in $1,500 in “Dealer installed options”. Horrible customer service bought my truck from them and told me they would put on a bumper and a check engine light. Finally got it in and finally fixed it after having it for 2 weeks. The day after i got it the bumper was falling off on the expressway(held on by only one screw) and the check engine light came back on. Took it back in and it has been in the shop for over a week now. They have literally had the truck longer than i can drive it. Going on 3 weeks of not receiving copies of paper work after speaking to sales manager Rich and office manager Jackie ******* stating they would get me copies of paperwork for my purchase. No one returns phone calls and won't take phone calls when paged. Had to get lawyer involved.
I took my 1996 Jeep Cherokee Country into the Dealership for an oil change. Once leaving the dealership I took my vehicle home and parked it for the remainder of the day. The following day I made a quick errand and returned home to find (After letting my vehicle sit for close to and hour (45 mins)) fluid leaking from the front of the vehicle.
