Dr Gupta is a fine doctor BUT the staff there really needs to learn to do their jobs! they tell me to call let them know if some meds are working I call every day for 2 weeks being told someone will call you back and still waiting for that return call ! I am making a new app to see him just to tell him how i feel about his staff.. I 5 yr old could do a better job than any of them

Dr Gupta is a very fine person. It's just a shame his PA and nurses can't follow through on things. I have waited for over a week and still I can't get the prescription he prescribed. My insurance company has even tried to assist. Too many doctors to have to deal with medical staff that cares nothing about the wellbeing of the patient.

Either grossly incompetent or willfully negligent. Stay away. Father, a patient of Dr. Gupta for 2 years, waited 2 DAYS for a return phone call, during which time Father thankfully went on to emergency where he had to be stabilized enough to undergo surgery. Voicemail from the office received post-op saying Dr. Gupta couldn't help him, he should go back to Wake Forest for an appointment (the same ones who put him in this situation). Pathetic.

This is a very cheerful, helpful doc. He is a straight shooter but with a smile and obvious caring.
