My meds for Crohns was stopped with no warning. Took months to get it straightened out. Staff thought I should just pay out of pocket but meds cost over $12,000 per month. Staff never sent in info insurance co needed to pay for it. I'm still not back to normal and that was over a year ago. Horrible staff.
Office staff should all be fired - they are insensitive, lying, lazy, and incompetitant!
Dr. Gupta is great. He saved my life. I trust him and really feel comfortable with him. However, since he moved from Asheboro and joined the LeBauer group, he has continued to be great - but the support staff is lousy. My pharmacist says she hears a lot of complaints about his office. Well after 5 colonoscopies they really went to pot. Since I have other health issues now he don't seem to care to give me 5 minutes to hear it. They were supposed to call my primary Dr to set up pulmonary scans. 2 months later my primary Dr don't know anything about it. Time for another gastro dr.
It seemed he guessed my diagnosis, when I called back to make a follow up appt because my pain persisted his office said they would call me back, 3 wks later I physically walked in to make the appt because they didn’t call back and it seemed as if I were bothering them. Finally when I had a procedure to really find out what I had he gave me a hand out while I was still incoherent from the anesthesia. As I’ve done research on my own, I found out it’s not as simple as following handout instruction
I am not satisfied with the overall services provided by this 'doctor' and his staff. With all the money he gets from patients, he rushes through everything, leaving the patient totally confused. Issues never get resolved. Nurse is rude and incompetent. I am taking my business elsewhere. I had blood in my stool and I could not get an appointment for 5 weeks.
Excellent, knowledgeable, communicates clearly.
This man saved my life. He's wonderful, has a terrific bedside manner, a big beautiful smile and knows what he is doing. He takes time with his patients to find out the problem and a solution.
Takes the time with you as a person and not as a patient. Always smiling. Explains and answer questions so that I can understand.
