We had such a great experience with the sales team. We worked with Sergio and his manager. They were both great and went above and beyond to provide that extra level of service one wishes for. On the contrary, we took our vehicle in for warranty service just this past week and had an unpleasant experience with David Butley, the service manager. I have had my issues with Gunther Volkswagen but for the most part Gunther Volkswagen is a wonderful dealership the girls at the front desk the salesman esp John. Phil the finance guy is the best. My experience was nothing but awesome! Eder was able to put me into the exact SUV that I wanted and threw in an extra surprise. The process was fast and there was no crazy negotiations and stress. Couldn't be happier!! Stop by and see ED! He is trustworthy and doesn't make promises he can't keep.
sales person name sergio would tell you anything you want to hear in order to close the deal and once the deal is close good luck to you . he also promises to give me 2 volvo hats witch i never got and when i called 3 different times he told me he send it in the mail 3 times and i never got it . also the guy on the finance department (justin dowar) is a crook he pot my company car on my personal credit . when i called to complaint and talked to the manager and he told me he will fix it nothing happens and no one called back.
