Horrible sales people. Horrible wait times and just dishonest sales people.They literally make a deal with you and change it while you are signing it hoping you won’t notice. Do not buy or lease a vehicle from this dealership, at least until they change their sales people. Weston dealership is amazing. It’s worth the visit. There, you will experience a real customer service, no games, no wait time.
RecommendedOne of the tires had a leak and Volvo was able to repair it instead of charging me for a new one. Since the service took longer than promised I got it for free and the car washed as well! Nice service!
They do not make the internet buying experience an easy one. I have received "canned" communications from 3 individuals with no response to my request. Sad
My wife and I just bought a beautiful XC-40 from Gunther Coconut Creek. Our salesman, Mihai was an absolute gem. He was so kind, thorough and respectful. This was honestly one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had, and I would recommend Gunther, and specifically Mihai to anyone in the market for a new a Volvo. I’m a longtime BMW/Mercedes driver and I’m probably going to make the switch once my current lease is up as well!!!! Go Mihai!!!!

Rennie, one of the assistant service managers, always provides excellent customer service whenever I bring in my car for service. He keeps you up to date with any issues and maintains communication with respect to any time constraints. In general, also, the service department seems open to criticism and seems willing to work at improving the service they provide.
I had a truly wonderful experience at Gunther Volvo. I came in for a test drive not planning on leaving with a XC 60 which is exactly what I did. Every employee I worked with was exceptionally knowledgeable and caring. I absolutely love my Volvo not only because the car is so safe and comfortable but because buying the car was so easy when everything went so smoothly.
