Bought a used car there last year that said it had a 100 point inspection and was a great car, Nissan Rogue. 1 month later I had to buy new brakes and pads and rotor. The rearview mirror falls off and hits the driver randomly as your driving on the highway. Now, it needs an alignment and the fuel injection system is bad...they’re recommended repairs will be $300+ and of course nothing is covered by the warranty we purchased. Classic screw job by an auto sales business.

The staff were great! They treated me very well and made sure that I knew where to go for what. From the sales person to the finance department, they were amazing people. I didn’t feel like just another customer, rather as a friend that was learning and being led towards what I wanted. They made sure to get to know me as a person, find out what qualities I wanted in a vehicle, got to know my preferences in general....and ended up walking out with a better vehicle than I had ever anticipated me having. The experience that I have since I bought my Ohtama a mother 2020 was excellent experience and on the January 11 2021 I took my auto for the first time for a oil change and everything went and didn’t have wait too long about 1 hr and half.
