JT (John Thompson) always takes care of me. When I need service I always request him.
While they do have a shuttle they failed to inform me that it end at 4pm. If I needed the shuttle to get home clearly I would need it to get back. I was just annoyed by that and that I had to take an Uber to get back.

Went to get the oil changed and tires rotated for a trip. So simple. Got it done and enjoyed a cup of coffee.
They are very nice and they don’t try to price gouge you. The price is on the window and they tell exactly what to expect from the beginning! Frank Wallace is great and very attentive. If you are looking for a place to buy a car with no hassle this is the place.
