The service of advice was great very attentive and prompt. service did take a little longer to get the oil change. But it was just a drive up.

Had no problem completing my purchase of an Equinox EV. Ben Camarero, Rodolfo Lopez, and the rest of the staff were all very helpful in walking me thru the process and completing it in a timely manner. Had to send my newly bought vehicle back to their service department three separate times because they could not do the small job correct the first two times. The service department is garbage. Not my words, those words came directly from their own people. However, I do agree with that statement. I spoke with several people to fix the issue and their way of solving it was for me to just keep bringing it back.
