Had my oil changed and fluids checked. Got home and the truck was over heating. Looked under the hood and the radiator cap was off and all the antifreeze is gone from the truck. Luckily the cap was still there. My husband went out got 2 gallons of antifreeze to replace what leaked out. Luckily nothing happened to the truck. I’ve had no issues in the past but something bad could of happened with 1 simple mistake. Service technician need to pay more attention to what they are doing.

Outstanding customer service! The service department was awesome. Paul Trujillo addressed all of my concerns. He worked with my insurance company tirelessly to get my vehicle repaired, and back to me as soon as possible. Great staff! That's the reason we keep coming back to Gunn Chevrolet.

Awesome people, felt no pressure and the process was very easy. Whoever is in charge of the salesman and the new car manager should be very proud to have them working at Gunn Chevrolet in Schertz Texas. The way they took care of us was absolutely amazing. What a compliment they add to the job and the representation of their abilities were second to none!!!!

It was a great expetience. I did not feel like I was an unknowing female. When I had a question it was answered without the the "manplaing", but just explainined. The salesman, Rick Gleason walked me through the process which made it so easy. I also loved the no pressure to buy attitude.
