My service advisor, Steve Arbucci did a phenomenal job communicating with me concerning every aspect of getting my car repaired. Many times when taking my car to a car dealership for repairs has not been a positive experience for me. Steve should be teaching on how to be a 5 star rated service advisor!
My service consultant Jackie was marvelous. She processed my service request as soon as I pulled in the service bay, explained what services they would perform and gave me an estimate of my wait time. The service was completed in less time than Jackie estimated and she had me on my way.
Service was done when they said it would be, price was reasonable and personnel was friendly.

There were some service issues that took place with this appointment. All Randy Marion Staff that were involved worked very hard to complete the work as quickly as possible and delivered the vehicle back to me with work completed and the vehicle detailed.
Speedy inspection. Clean and well li FG Ted reception area. Free coffee would be nice.
I drove three hours to take a look at a truck that checked all my needs. I was satisfied with truck and proceeded with purchase. I have still yet to pick up the truck but I know it will serve me a long time. The staff was friendly and accommodating to questions about the truck and purchase process.
