The worst dealership service department I’ve ever encountered. 1st problem had a service done a while ago on my duramax and a week later was two whole quarts low! I figuered it was a simple mistake and reluctantly forgot about it. Second problem was today, Took duramax in for low coolant light. Service tried to sell me a $300 ac service, two batteries for $681.00, and a $30 battery terminal cleaning instead of fixing the problem I went to them for.
