Installed a split unit in my family room in august 2019. Had problems and still not fixed. After paying $5400 I should have it fixed!!!!!!!!!!

RecommendedI checked on my surveillance cameras as a Gundlach plumber left one of our rentals, and I heard him saying goodbye to my tenant's dog (no human was on site). A simple, but perfect example that how a person acts when they think no one can see or hear him is a true judge of character. I'm glad he's young because he will be my plumber for life! His name is Chris Hovis. Well done Chris! You also have Brady the dog's full approval!

First of all I was Very impressed with the professionalism and integrity this company stands by. Starting with the inspection of my 15 year old furnace and getting central air for my home. Everything was explained in detail and I was always informed of what was going on. Needless to say I chose Gundlach for a brand new furnace and central air. They installed it to absolute perfection. A special thank you to Charlie, Lou and Devon. You made this family very happy .
We found we needed to replace our 20 year old GeoThermal unit. With several suggestions presented to us by Charlie (one of the business’s representatives) we decided on a high efficient natural gas furnace. The entire experience from beginning to end was wonderful during his COVID-19 pandemic. There was continued communication with the company and Charlie .... which was invaluable. The company superseded our expectations. Thank you Gunlach for a fantastic experience.

Excellent plumbing services!! I called Gundlach for 2 leaky faucets and 2 running toilets that we had been putting off getting fixed. Chris worked hard to resolve my multiple issues quickly. He even let me tag along to the hardware store so that I could pick out my new faucet and toilet myself and still get my issues resolved the same day. Can't say enough good things about the service we received. Thanks again!
We moved into a home and discovered we needed plumbing work done right away. This was the only company who answered the phone. Not only that, they came out and did the work right away! And...there's more...Chris (plumber) did an amazing job...and...had excellent customer service skills! He was fast...and...the work was very high quality. I highly recommend Gundlach for all of your plumbing and HVAC needs!
