I had a pleasant experience with Gundies today. I was given the wrong window for my 03 outback and they exchanged it hassle free.(it happens) The price on the rear glass was cheaper than any place I could find at only $150 for a heated window that requires urethane installation. Competition was pricing these windows at $600 new. I will agree that some of their parts are overpriced, but I will most certainly be a returning customer when I need glass at a very fair price.
Very unhelpful. Horrible customer service. My customer bought a transmission, trans doesn't work. Should be a pretty closed case, but these people want nothing to do with helping out in this situation. At least they got their money. I will never recommend this company to anyone anymore.
