No response on a warranty issue on a transmission
RecommendedAfter a rocky start trying to communicate with the Graham yard, I did eventually receive a message back from them. After explaining the situation Gundie’s made sure I was taken care of. I ended up getting the part I needed and it was in good condition. I was very pleased as i had been looking around for it for a couple weeks. The cost was half that of 410 Auto Wrecking.
Micah was excellent to work with. He quickly found a part that I needed and made a stressful issue I had with my vehicle smooth and easy. I am grateful for the service at Gundie's!
Gundies biggest revenue is Insurance company's and body shops who overpay for parts and pass the extra cost down to the consumer. And business is good. Locals shouldn't waste their time going here. You'll only figure out that after going there and numerous emails that the parts you were really hoping to get for a fair price will only come in right at retail and some over retail! And they won't price match either. They dont care because business is good! Gundies is not in it for the average guy.
They were flexible and friendly...
The folks at Gundies went out of their way to help me get some replacement seats for my Chevy S10. Clay is an excellent guy to work with and the whole staff are very friendly.
