I love this place. Great food and service. A bit pricey. Go here once each time we visit every couple years.
Velvet Elk was tender and a great sauce, appetizer buffalo carpaccio was thin sliced smoked buffalo with a superb flavor on garlic toasted bread and smoked Gouda cheese, this is a must.

I come here every year. Elk chops is one of the meals I look forward to. I literally sit at home and think about going to the GB as soon as I get to Jackson. I’m drooling just thinking about. I will be back every time I’m in the area.
