Very carrying for both patients & there owners
The staff at Gully Animal Hospital of MIdlothian was amazing. I came in an hour before closing time with an emergency with my sweet 18 year old kitty and the staff went above and beyond for me and my family. They did not rush us even though they were closing and they made sure that we (humans) and our fur baby was well taken care of. Even though it was not the outcome we wanted, they were so compassionate and caring! I would recommend this clinic for any need. I will for sure being changing my Puppy's care to here now! Highly recommended!! My Ori Pei (Shar Pei/Pug mix) has chronic allergies, skin problems and ear infections. It comes with the breed. When I brought him in he looked worse than ever. They took the time to not just treat symptoms but come up with a plan to prevent such bad outbreaks. He is so much happier since going and looks so much better!
They were great in taking care of my elderly dog Toto. They truly cared about his health. When it came time to put him to sleep they were very supportive and made the process as stress free for both me and Toto as possible. They care for their patients and owners and are very compassionate.
Everyone here is great, they were so kind to my daughter and me when we had to put our German Shepherd Kaiser down. Dr Kirkpatrick is great!! They love on our 12 year old shitzu Oreo and he loves it 😊
Staff was patient and very good with my pup! I'll be switching my other two dogs here! Gunner hates nail trims and they did great with him!
Chloe went for her first visit today. She was loved on and they answered all my questions I had about her. Loved there check out in the room. Very nice office and staff were very friendly. It is so convenient to our home.
