RecommendedThe staff here are so friendly and wonderful!! They had so much patience with my nervous pups! The facility is also VERY clean!Definitely will recommend them!!
Very disappointed with overall attitude and demeanor of practice manager Melissa. Her tone was condescending and rude. Left the conversation without my direct question being answered. Additionally, she showed no concern as to whether we continued to use them as a future veterinarian. I am very disappointed because we really liked many staff members and veterinarians at the location.
The staff was so friendly! Our tech Haley was awesome and Dr. Nealy was also amazing!
If I could leave no stars I would!! I am a tech and have work in the field for years. Never have I ever had the experience some where or even in my own hospital , where me or someone else be turned away in the state of an emergency! My dog was chocking and blue because she could not breath! I run in with my husband carrying my 100lb mastiff, saying I need help and the receptionist had the audacity to give me a hold gesture! Highly recommend. They love our furry family members and take care of them (and us) with compassion, patience and care. I won’t go any where else.
Highly recommend - they made puppy visits easy and loved on Hatcher. They also took excellent care of our sweet boy while we were on vacation. 🐶
We are so grateful for the love and compassion Gully showed us today. We had to say goodbye to our beloved Ike. Our usual vet decided we weren't important enough to even return our calls. Thank you, Gully, not only for seeing us on short notice, but for being so kind and attentive to us all. It would have been even harder without you.
