Overpriced and rude! What a rip off! DO NOT shop here! Rude, pushy and VERY overpriced. What a disappointment. We priced out a wedding set and were interrupted several times while asking questions that were never clearly answered. Price was 3 times what ANYBODY else quoted.
Great Business Great place to purchase jewelry or have repairs. I have purchased several pieces as well as having repairs done and have been more than pleased. Julie and Richard are so nice and welcome me every time that I walk in. They have helped my, last minute shopper, husband to purchase my Christmas gift and I love my necklace. They have lots of pieces that you do ot see all over town. I would recommend this store to any and everyone.
Guliani's Fine Jewelry is not customer service focused at all They are only interested in making as much profit possible on one deal with zero interest in building long term customer relationships. Customer service is all about profit not building long term business relationships. You can find much better deals and stores that care about keeping your business for years not just one sale. Shop around before you buy anything from this store.
A Fantastic Jewelry Store Guliani's has high quality jewelry at good prices. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I've had watches repaired, rings sized and made several purchases. My experience has been very satisfying. It's a family atmosphere and the customer is the most thing. I've found a lifelong relationship.
Not if you're in a rush! When looking for a part for my watch, this was the only jeweler that we found that had it! Service was good, but expensive and very slow!

P. Letso Both Julie and Richard have not been able to do enough for us when we go into the store. The service is excellent. As for the product - I probably have about 10 items from this store and I just love every one of them. We will be back.
