People drove my trade in also, I kept the tracking on until they waited until last minute to overnight payoff to previous lender. Really wish I would have looked here for the reviews. It was an on the spot decision to do the trade. Don’t get me wrong I love ,y truck but will take it somewhere else for service. Now my temp plates are going to be out 3/5. Pisses me off that they wait until last minute to even get your plates. Like I would like to pick up plates on the weekend not middle of week.
traded a truck in and they have someone driving it, running till booths and I'm getting fines in the mail because Gulfgate Dodge didnt transfer the truck or plates out of my name. We talked to the DMV and Registration office, and its highly illegal to do what they are doing. and they wont even return our calls. I dont recommend buying anything from them. plus they still owe me another key for my new truck that they never gave me. like they said.
Terrible experience- We traded in a vehicle May 2018. Almost 2 years later, we are receiving tollway violations from 2019 and 2020 for the vehicle we traded in. I called and spoke with George who informed me they are not responsible for taking the plates off of traded in vehicles. Called multiple other dodge dealerships and the vehicle registration office who say that is not accurate, and they are absolutely responsible for taking them off.
