Fraud!!!!! I should have listened to the reviews!!! When you go to a dealership and they attempt to charge you 12,000 over the MSRP for a vehicle, RUN!!!! Never will I ever enter this place again!!! I will be posting my experience on every site with reviews to warn others of the experience that we had on today!!!
Bad customer service over the phone at Chrysler and dogde service department my friend had the following encounter- “I’m just trying to schedule a recall for my dad and I’ve never been so irritated by some one in my life - your telling me if he gets there at 10:30 he might not get his vehicle back for a 1hr recall procedure??? And you will provide him with a vehicle if you have one but can’t tell me if you do??? Bought my vehicle here. I come here for the maintenance, mixed feelings on the customer service but fair overall.
I purchased my 2017 Jeep Renegade BRAND NEW vehicle in 2018 , which went well, but with every service or repairs needed, there has always been an ISSUE. Speaking to a manager is difficult, everyone I have spoke to has given me the run around or different information. I do not recommend servicing with Gulfgate Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram.
Absolutely loved my experience here at Gulfgate dodge! The dealers made me feel welcomed and comfortable in buying my first car. Which can be very intimidating. Highly recommend going in meeting up with Russ to get rolling in some new wheels you’ll love :)
