The worst supply warehouse I have ever dealt with. Zero customer service after they take your money. Take your money and business somewhere else, even if this place is cheaper, it is not worth the headache.

I had ordered a Kemper Hood by Masterbrand that was Quartersawn Seal Brindle with Timeworn (Timeworn - to make it look old). Paid extra for the Timeworn. When the hood was delivered, it was without the Timeworn. Since it took nearly 5 months for delivery, and I was done with waiting any longer for the replacement and accepted the hood without the Timeworn.
