I thought it was just me, but I always found these guys to be impatient and unfriendly and I just asked my roofing contractor where he wanted to get materials from and he explicitly said that this was not the place and there was really poor customer service so I'm thinking it's not just me. I have a feeling another roofing supplier is going to put these guys out of business before too long.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Used to be R&S roofing but got bought out by east coast conglomerate. All they managed to do was increase prices by 50-100%. Went there because of brand loyalty to the old R&S roofing, will never give them business again, I strongly suggest you dont either. I cant imagine they will be in business long enough to honor returns the way they’re price gouging.
Friendly & helpful. (This was before it changed ownership was R & S) No idea what the new owner is like.
