Dave at GSCC was great to work with and the company as a whole was easy to work with from design, to changes, permits, and the construction process. The workers were always polite and took pride in the work they were doing. It has been a great experience.
Where Integrity and Performance meet is their motto but couldn't farther from the truth. No communication from Jason Smith who allegedly was estimating our project.
GSCC built our home. Very unresponsive and won’t fix warranty items even after admitting that they didn’t properly install deck posts and pavers among a few other items. Multiple colors of grout used on tile floors and won’t correct. His cleaners cut the window glass removing stickers. The poor quality work goes on and on. The owner won’t respond to emails or texts and has forced us to legally pursue him to get our home fixed. We would like to thank David Stienmeyer and the entire crew from Gulf Southern Construction Company for recently completing our new home in the Florida Keys! We could not be happier! It was a pleasure working with GSCC from the beginning design/permitting phases right thru to the finished product. They are professional, knowledgeable, give great advice, and follow through with what they promise.
