Went in for acl surgery. Amazing professional staff and facility.
Very friendly, professional staff. My only complaint is the nurse that was taking my daughter back to surgery did not introduce himself to my daughter nor to me. Had to ask whom he was. This man was responsible for my child. Definitely wanted to know whom he was. Other than that, everyone was great!
Great service and great people glad I went here for surgery
I just had sinus, nostril reconstruction, and functional rhinoplasty a day ago. All of the staff could not have been more friendly, helpful, and compassionate. All of the nurses and anesthesia personnel explained everything thoroughly and were compassionate with me. They kept my husband informed. Even though a lot of surgeries were happening that day, I never felt rushed or like I was on an assembly line—they treated me as though I were the only one there. Well done, everyone!
My daughter had surgery on August 10th and the service we received was exceptional from the very first phone call we explaining our benefits to the follow-up call checking up to see how she was doing the next day. Now here it is almost 3 months later and I am scheduled to have surgery with the same physician, Dr Bratton.
