Super friendly box. Jim coached me through some technical movements even though it was open gym. Plus they have a playroom for kids. 5* for sure!
We dropped in while visiting Gulf Shores. Great box! Friendly community, and fantastic coach. We plan to return every time we're in town.
Dropped in for a couple sessions while on vacation. Friendly, knowledgeable, and constructive coaches, and great workouts from the warm-ups all the way to the cash outs. I definitely recommend checking them out if you're in the area.
I dropped in to three different boxes while in town this week. All of them were fine, and I wouldn't hesitate to return to any of them. Hands down, though, this was the best workout - the group was friendly, the WOD was intense, and Jim was a great coach. He corrected form and offered good tips that I can take home with me. Next year when we're here on vacation, this is where you'll find me!
Gulf Shores Crossfit is so awesome, great people and coaches! Tonight attended the WOD and Wine night, and it was a great workout followed by good wine! 🍷🏋🏼♀️💪🏼
