Great box with great coaching and friendly members. Full range of programming including warm up, workout, and cool down! Can’t beat the $50 for unlimited drop ins for the week as well! Will definitely be my go to box when I’m in town!
I dropped in earlier this week and was welcomed by the coach, Zack, and the awesome group of regulars. No one hesitated to introduce themselves and say welcome...that’s not always the case when visiting an out of town box. To boot, it was refreshing not to be charged a ridiculous drop in fee! Thank you guys for good coaching, good people, and just happened to be a WOD with all my favs (deadlifts, running, burpees, and box!)
