Friendly staff willing to judge me in 19.4. Denise helped me realize I could do chest to bars:) and I was able to get 3 in before the time cap. Great place for a drop in class.

We dropped in today for my daughter to complete 19.1. They were so friendly and welcoming. Great coaching and great atmosphere! We will definitely be back every time we are in Gulf Shores.

I can't say enough good things about these people and this place. It doesn't matter what your skill, health, or fitness level is they have a place and healthy living program for you and will make you feel like family. 5 Stars for me.
What an awesome crossfit and loved Stephanie’s little cafe shop as well! The WOD was great ! Friendly owners and a members . You guys rock!
