The staff are so rude. The rep was hollering over the phone like she was rushing me off the phone. She also hung up on my face, so unprofessional and uncalled for. If she acting like how she acts outside of work she shouldn't be answering no job phone to schedule anybody. Only thing I wanted was to schedule my uncle's appt and the young lady was very rude,disrespectful, and unprofessional!

Treatment was inadequate. Tried to lie to me about what my insurance policy covers. When I informed them of the inaccuracy they refused to reply. Why is the provider gatekeeping benefits that the pt needs to get an accurate diagnosis and treatment? These delays result in additional suffering and loss of function for the pt. Just another provider whose goal is to drag treatment out over several appts while the patient suffers, rather than just doing what needs to be done. Please answer your phone when a patient is calling to schedule an appointment, eventhough it is seven minutes before the office closes at FIVE. The phone rang and rang and rang. Office Manager - Please let Drs. Zarzour and Shell know that their patient's phone calls were not answered on Monday, 7, 6, and 5 minutes before closing. The doctors line was answered and she transferred me to scheduling, but still no answer.
