Awful, I've been having issues since I checked in yesterday. First I had to come in doing maintenance job by putting bulbs up in living room & one of the bedrooms. Went out to dinner came back thinking I was fixing to watch t.v & relax,but the t.v didn't work. Had to call several times to get the problem fixed. Woke up to shower a hour ago this morning water isn't on!!!First & last experience ever here this is ridiculous to many mishaps. Recommendednice area. I love that we have our own club house at the beach. It's nice not to have to go back to the townhouse, if you're needing a break from the beach. We had a summer storm pop up and I ate lunch. With restrooms, swimming pools and air conditioning, setting area and showers, you want for nothing. I had a huge sandwich and it was reasonably priced. I couldn't finish it, so packed It away for later. The guy who waited on me was great and very friendly
