Dr comes to work late. patients still waiting that had 9 am appts. its at 12:30 pm absolutely ridiculous.

Dr Garrow was EXCELLENT - but staff at the center needs to be trained at Murdock Surgery Center. I waited 2 hrs after they took my husband back, and had to ask if there was a problem with his procedure. They never communicated with me that they were running late. I was worried that something was wrong. And what is the sense of putting coffee creamers,sugar and cups in the waiting area if there is no coffee or even a water fountain?
