I think the whole staff is very knowledgeable about their jobs. Very kind, respectful, and they take pride in what they do.
My first time in was a few days ago, during this epidemic, and they were amazing. They are the first vet to make me feel like they want to solve the issue. The doctor knew what it was by me describing it and test confirmed it. He seem to understand my bill was starting to get a little high ( I would do anything for my baby) but came up with video taping an episode an sending it in to hopefully cut a further test for a diagnosis. Dr. Mike and the staff at Gulf Coast Veterinary Center are very knowledgeable, honest and compassionate. I was so happy when we could finally get a proper diagnosis for our dog. I would highly recommend trusting Dr. Mike and his team with the care of your pets.
Everyone is very compassionate. They realize how hard it is to turn over our furbaby knowing that they will feel pain. they are upfront what the cost will be. i feel confident when Dr. Mike and others care for my GL

Thursday was one of the worse days I’ve had in a long long time. Two of my dogs passed away, Dr Mike and the staff was with me both times and gave me all the time I needed. It’s a choice no one ever wants to make, we went over every option that would be best for my fur babies. Unfortunately, none were in the best interest for them. Going through such a hard time right now, I came home and they sent me flowers with a card. It shows that they really do care, and their hearts are in the right place.
