CAVEAT! Do not purchase a Toyota from Gulf Coast. I am unable to post this unless I rate a one star, but the service dept deserves a rating of less than one star. I purchased a 2019 Toyota Runner 4x4 at the end of this past November. Two weeks later I was at the dealership with vibration issues. This place has always treated my grandma and I with respect. Any issue we have even if it’s tiny they check out. As a woman most places try and get one over on us but the service department at gulf coast is very honest and up front
I have been apart of the Toyota family for over 4 years now, and never ever ever had a bad experience. They have taken very good care of my highlander & myself 🤗 the people that work there are the best & amazing ! From the management, to the service riders, mechanics and the wet/dry techs. They make me feel welcomed and I recommend them 100%

I would highly recommend Alex Martinez. Alex understood our unique situation with my disabled husband from the start and allowed us to compare 2 totally different make of vehicles. He listened to our needs and concerns and was able to help us in our decision-making process and was not pushy or over-bearing!! Thank you, Alex for your kindness and caring about the customer first!
