Very pleased! I live over 200 miles from Gulf Coast Toyota. They were the only place that had the exact specifications of the vehicle I wanted. Rich was willing to set up a meeting half way to sell me the car. He had even offered to drive to Louisiana.... During this crazy time period, we were able to get all of the details sorted over the phone. Definitely amazing service! They deserve 10 stars.
They sold my friend’s car to someone else after they assured him it would be there for him today. Idk what lie irritates me the most. Them telling him the car is there or Carol Baskin saying she didn’t feed her husband to the tigers.

I brought a young first time buyer here thinking small town dealer would be better than the big city. Boy, I was wrong. He was treated well until he left, then the text messages started. He was charge Texas state tax and not Louisiana (he resides in Louisiana). He was told he needed to pay another $1600 or they wouldn’t send his tags. The papers are signed and Gulf Coast Toyota needs to hold up their end of the contract. It is illegal to hold his tags. Now this brand new truck sits because he doesn’t have current tags.
