I’ve been donating for 2 years now, and it’s always a pleasant experience at the Cypress location. The entire staff is great, and make the entire process as smooth, relaxing, and painless as possible. I make sure to always request Sara, as she has always gone above and beyond to not only take care of my withdraws, which aren’t always the easiest, but she also answers any questions or concerns I have and makes sure everything goes great. This will always be my go to location!

The Entire Staff at this Blood Center is Amazing! Amaris at the front desk has an Amazing Very Sweet personality when dealing with people coming into the center and on the phone. We need more of these people in this World♥️ Love this place..
Erika checked me in it was very calming. Kaila was the phlebotomist. I had no pain. It was all very quick. She was really good.
