Staff is awesome and took care, very good care of me. First time at this location. Alittle out of my area but my Cy-Fair location did not have any slots open to book an appointment.

I went in for a therapeutic phlebotomy and I was, to put it mildly, nervous. I have severe generalized anxiety/depression and don't like needles. A young woman, Shay, came to the front and took my information, I joked about being nervous, she was reassuring. She explained everything thoroughly, was compassionate and checked on me often, a consummate professional. The facility itself seemed very well maintained. I cannot say enough good things about Shay, she's awesome!
