I donate here often and it is always a great experience. The staff is always friendly, very competent and concerned that all is well.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is always super friendly and incredibly attentive! I've never had a bad experience here. No matter how long it's been since my last donation I know I can always come back and feel right at home.
First visit to this location staff was very professional and friendly.
we came to donate blood, they had no issue with me, but they did with my sister in law just because she doesn't speak English, i mean she understands everything but shes not fluent, So they didnt let her donate blood even when they had staff that were fluent in Spanish they just said they were not "certify" only one staff member was nice and understood the problem.
